In this episode, Sue and Marsha discuss the current state of our lives and the perpetual anxiety loop that we are easily finding ourselves in during this stage of the pandemic, especially in Ontario, Canada.  They are being real and honest with you today as they both share the signs, the feelings, and ways that they are continually identifying and working through the feelings. You are always your business, so the only way to bring your best self to your life and your business, is to work through the emotions and prioritize self-care practices to fill your cup first.

1) Sue shares her experiences of the anxiety loop, leaving a job location, embracing change and recognizing the signs and feelings of anxiety.  Sue also shares how Incredibly calm she now feels on her Sunday nights!

2) Marsha shares her lessons from her NLP immersion and how important it is to recognize our thoughts and how our bodies hold onto the stress and the way to change this comes from changing our thoughts at the level of the subconscious mind. In order to change our circumstances we actually have to tap into the resources and tools we all have available.

3) Together they explain how our bodies work hard to process and release anxiety even if nothing actually happened or was wrong.  Anxiety is something that builds in our bodies and eventually our bodies work to find a way to release it, and typically not in a productive manner.
