Today we are speaking with
Author and Coach Jessica
Danford. Jessica is an online personality and wellness coach
known as GFREEWifey, creator and host of the podcast "Shit That
Keeps Me Up At Night", and a business consultant. She is a
passionate advocate for the celiac and gluten-free community,
having served on the Board of Directors for the Canadian Celiac
Association from 2019 until present. Dedicated to minimizing food
insecurity on a gluten-free diet, she created #GFREEWifeyFoodBank
in 2018; partnering with local businesses and community leaders,
she advocates for and provides access to safe food. A proven and
effective community builder, she brings people together to produce
'Community Cookbooks'; empowering people to share and live their
best gluten-free life. Jessica’s life experiences shaped her into a
resilient and inspirational role model. Follow along as she shares
her Gfree life as a diagnosed celiac living and thriving with
rheumatic psoriasis on her website www.gfreewifey.com and subscribe
to her podcast 'Shit That Keeps Me Up At Night', on all podcast
streaming platforms.
In this episode, we discuss:
1) Jessica’s story of dealing
with severe psoriasis, celiac disease and the impact of autoimmune
issues and what they create in the body.
2) Our stories can shape and
mold us into resilient humans who can in turn share those lessons
to impact others.
3) How important it is to process and feel our
feelings because repressed stress and trauma can create so much
inner trauma for our bodies when we don’t express
it.
