and the founder of Inner Glow Circle, a life coaching school, which
has grown into a globally recognized professional training and
certification program. Through Inner Glow Circle, Katie built the
first all women, all online ICF Accredited Coach Training course,
helping thousands of women start businesses of their own.

perspective on seeing a gap in the coaching industry because she
noticed so many women were trying to build a business, but weren’t
able to find clients to build their business.
2) When we are sick it becomes very easy for the sickness to become part of our identity and it requires a shift in perspective and mindset to search for answers and choose a different identity.
3) How we make so many
assumptions about others when we don’t have enough information. We
are making quick judgements based on what we see or what we think
we see in their lives on social media.
4) How people can live identical lives yet have completely different experiences all based on our perspective and mindset. We can choose what we see and that shift can change our entire experience.
