Today we are talking about the book launch process and sharing some of the lessons that we learned from launching and releasing our first volume of Every Body Holds A Story
In this episode we dive into:
1) How important it is to stay in integrity, self-leadership and how you lead yourself in business is important especially when everything is going wrong. When you’re going through challenges and then not pushing that onto others is something that is very important for us. We each have our own priorities of integrity that we must stick to.
2) Another big takeaway in
business is to make sure you work with someone who is not the same
as you, work with people who balance you out.
3) The process of navigating mistakes or
things we wish we could have done differently and this is all part
of the process of publishing a book. We are always being challenged
to let go of perfectionism as it is an emotion that will
continually stop you from pursuing your dreams. It is
imperfections that connect us far more than our perfections. Our
focus continues to come back to being so proud of these authors and
knowing how impactful their stories are for others.
