Today we are speaking with one
of our authors in the upcoming release of Every Body Holds A Story,
Tammy Adams. Tammy
Adams was born and raised in Northern Ontario where her love for
the outdoors first began. She now lives in London Ontario where she
is a letter carrier and gets to spend most of her days outside. On
her days off you can find her hiking long trails, being captivated
by the beauty that surrounds her. Tammy has been passionate about inner healing &
self development since forever. Through her lived experiences, her infectious
laugh and her loving personality, Tammy is a treasured friend to so
many. Having learnt of her native roots, Tammy is dedicated to
learning all she can about her heritage. Tammy continues to be a
light in every room she walks in and loves to laugh with
others.
In this episode we discuss.
1) The writing process and
how it became a reminder that the healing journey is never done. We
are always leveling up in our lives and that can have us healing on
deeper levels, and we are always being encouraged to honour our
emotions.
2) The process of support, mentors and
group spaces and how much that has contributed to Tammy’s growth
especially over these past 2 years. “Strangers are friends we

In the writing process and sharing her story, Tammy hopes that she
can continue to inspire others to realize that they are not alone,
even when and especially when they feel most alone.
