Today we are speaking with a
Board-Certified Nurse Coach
/ Life Alignment Coach, Shawne Arceneaux. Shawne is a
Board-Certified Nurse Coach and a Life Alignment Coach. She helps
others in the healing space find fulfillment and purpose in their
work, while also guiding them to create the life and practice of
their dreams.
In
this episode we dive into:
1) Shawne shares her story of
shifting from nursing to nurse coaching and then life coaching to
continue to support others in their growth journey. We spoke
about our inner child work, rewiring our past memories, and helping
our inner child experience safety to support healing.
2) Shawne shared Brooke
Castillo’s coaching model, also called “thought work”. There
is a circumstance, it is a fact that is concrete. That
circumstance creates a thought and that thought creates a feeling,
shame, embarrassment or resentment. That feeling leads to an
action that you do or do not take and that produces a result.
Thought work is identifying the thought, the feeling, the action
and the results. Using these key steps helped Shawne create
change in her own personal life.

This is how Shawne built a better relationship with herself and
this helped her to improve her self-talk over the years.
These steps on repeat helped her to increase her awareness to sit
with and understand her feelings and to move forward to create
massive change in her body and life.
